EZHEALTHACCESS.COM will provide credit for any product returned due to shipping errors, product defects and product recalls. For any returns due to ordering errors or other reasons that are clearly the responsibilities of the CUSTOMER; EZHEALTHACCESS.COM will issue credit less freight and appropriate restocking fees (see below) provided that the product is returned within twenty five (25) days. For returns on orders shipped directly to the patient’s home, the package (full cases) must be unopened and the return must be processed within twenty five (25) days. Return Authorization Number (RAN) should be requested prior to the return by calling or e-mailing EZHEALTHACCESS.COM. The customer will incur the shipping cost and the appropriate restocking fee. The following restocking schedule applies to all applicable returns that are deemed the responsibility of the CUSTOMER.
